Sharps 202 with Lorlen: Staples, hooks and Hardware

This workshop will cover techniques for piercing in shackles and skewers, how to throw hooks, and using a skin stapler to add some extra metal to your play. Please note that this is NOT a beginner class and sharps safety and negotiation will not be covered, it is assumed that you are proficient with these.

About your educator:

Lorlen is an enthusiastic sharps player who loves making people squeamish and has been active in the Melbourne scene for the past 10 years. She brings a clinical background and 3 years of surgical experience to a thorough appreciation of sadomasochism from both ends of the bevel.

This event will include live demonstrations but no practical element for participants. As a result, there is no requirement to bring a partner. If you would like to stay for Pins and Needles after the workshop, Lorlen will be there to offer assistance should you wish to try doing any of the skills demonstrated in this workshop. Below is a shopping list of items she plans to use so you can purchase them if you would like to come prepared or give it a go in your own time.
