Intermediate Florentine Flogging

For graduates from any of our previous Flog Fest Florentine workshops, and anyone with some 6-point practice under their belt – our Intermediate Florentine flogging workshop will extend the impact play technique of using two floggers simultaneously. Taught by the respected impact artist MeglaDom, we are excited to bring this workshop to you for the first time!

Prerequisite: attendees MUST be able to do four point (left and right), and six-point Florentine flogging. Participants should bring their own Florentine floggers.

This class focuses on applying varying Florentine flogging patterns to a bottom. Attendees must either BYO bottom and spend the class flogging them, or pair up and split practice and rest/ flogging one another. There are a very limited number of ticket pairs at $150 each.

If you are open to being paired up with a stranger and are willing to both give and receive flogging, send us an email and we will help coordinate your tickets – info@studioofsecrets.com

During this class we will discuss safety; strike zones; and four point and six-point Florentine including transitions and variations. A significant portion of the class will be set aside for transitions between patterns starting with four to six-point; varying between impact zones; and building the 360 Florentine.

ABOUT MEGLADOM:

MeglaDom loves impact play and has been consensually hitting bottoms for the past decade. Flogging is the area of impact play that he loves the most and he practices most days. He has played publicly at a variety of Melbourne kink events including Splinter, Provocation, OZKinkfest and Fantastic where crowds (may) have enjoyed his connecting and creative impact techniques.

MeglaDom's teaching style is dynamic and interactive. A hands-on learner himself, MeglaDom has spent over twenty years learning and then teaching practical skills outside of kink including martial arts and trades.  Participants can expect to be taking part in hands-on practice multiple times in a class. He breaks skills to be taught down to specific micro-skills then teaches these progressively, leading to heightened skill development. He has taught introductory and intermediate impact play one-on-one and in skill share formats to unanimously positive feedback.
