There are many benefits to having a consistent exercise routine, and a formally trained human to supervise, encourage, and challenge you.
In this class Mistress Mynx will work with couples to inspire connection, collaboration, and confidence with a mix of mindful Yogic movement and meditation. In this two-hour class, Mynx will set up safe boundaries for the class, taking on board the experiences and/or limitations of the class as a whole and deliver a bespoke experience to get you in touch with your body, and that of your partner.
In this workshop you will learn:
How to keep your bottom engaged and accountable
How to keep your Top encouraged and healthy
Exercise routines to do together
Ways to support each other in movement and meditation
Practical ways to use BDSM play within your exercise regime (and vice versa)
How the workshop will run:
Couples will share a Yoga mat and take turns being directed by Mistress Mynx
While the submissives do their poses, Dom/mes will be instructed on how to spot flawed form and shown some basic corrections
While the Dom/mes do their poses, the subs will be given ideas on how to support their Dom/me to make the most of their exercise
What To Wear:
This is a kink event, and as such we would encourage you to wear something comfy, that's also sensual, sexy, or represents your fetish
Basic black is absolutely acceptable
Accessories like collars, chastity cages, and harnesses are very welcome
Nudity is acceptable, but please BYO towel to sit on, and wear a condom if required
We ask that you DO NOT wear general active wear
