Been to workshops and seen cool things but not confident you know enough to try it at home?

In getting nerdy about CBT we deep dive and break down the anatomy of genitals, detailing nerves, blood flow and internal structures so you understand exactly what you’re engaging with. 

We’ll cover techniques that require zero fancy gear and show you how to build intensity in manageable steps.

Leave with the confidence to play harder and safer, armed with the anatomy, the techniques, and the risk-awareness to make informed choices.

All skill levels are welcome. Bring your curiosity, and pen and paper to take notes (there are parts you may want to draw)
