It’s a secret! We appreciate discretion, and only share the address with guests who have bought a ticket to one of our events or workshops. We ask that you keep the safety of everyone in the space in mind, and not pass this on.

We are located approximately 350m from the City Rd./ Clarendon St. tram stop (tram 12) and approximately the same distance from City Rd./ Clarendon St. bus stop (buses 234/236). City Rd is a major arterial route for the city, and the Southbank area has varying degrees of roadworks/ construction at any particular time that could make it difficult to get around for those with specific accessibility needs.
For those driving, there is ample on street parking in the Southbank area, much of which is free after 6pm. There are a few paid parking lots nearby - including Crown Casino and South Melbourne Markets.
-
Unfortunately we do not have a wheelchair accessible bathroom. The nearest accessible bathroom is at the McDonalds approximately 300m away. People with mobility aids would be able to enter the bathroom and leave these outside the door, however there are no handrails once inside the room. We only have one toilet (with sink) in the space, which is gender neutral, and one separate bathroom (with shower and sink) - we are a small venue that hosts a max of 40 people at a time.
-
Say hello, enjoy the fact you are in the same space together and have a good time!
We pride ourselves on discretion, and on mutual respect for the people in the space. Kink spaces operate on a degree of trust. We do not share any photos of guests with any identifying features (and only EVER with explicit permission), and ask that you do the same. Please read the Photography section of our Rules & Etiquette for more on our policy.
-
There are no private spaces in the venue aside from the toilet and separate shower/ bathroom space. That said, the garage is much quieter and often goes unused, so this room could be a good area to decompress or play with less eyes watching.
-
We do not have an air purifier on site. There is no smoking in or near the venue – people are required to go across the road, >5m from the building entrance. People concerned about air quality are highly encouraged to wear masks/ PPE.

Please check the details in individual event descriptions

Our events are open to everyone! We do encourage people to attend as couples to our Secret Society and Predicament events because we love it when people come with a scene planned, but solo attendees of all genders come to our events.
-
Our parties have a BYO alcohol policy. We expect you to partake in moderation, and in consideration for the activities you have planned for the evening.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for illicit drugs at the Studio.
-
We love it when you get raunchy, but we do not have a sex on premises license.
-
If its part of your scene we are happy for you to bare all. When you are done, we ask you to get back into your outfit.
To be explicit - your genitals must be covered if they aren’t being used.
